Aadhaar Card Update: How to Get Aadhaar Without ID, Address Proof

Now, getting an Aadhaar card has become easier since people who do not have valid documents can also request it. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has issued a circular that clearly mentions that even without having any proof of identity or address, you can request the Aadhaar card. In the circular, UIDAI states: "In view of the problems faced by residents due to the lack of availability of the standard format to obtain certificates from several officials such as MP or MLA or a Gazetted or Tehsildar officer or Head of Educational Institution or Councilor or Head of Orphanage or Head of Village Panchayat, it has been decided to introduce a Standard Certificate, that is, a Certificate of registration / update of Aadhaar in Annex II of Regulation 10 (2) for the registration and update of Aadhaar (Annex I and II attached). The validity of this certificate is only three months from the date of issue ".
According to UIDAI, if you do not have your ID and proof of address, you can request your Aadhaar card through a presenter.
The registration procedure to request the Aadhaar card without providing any document is the same as in the case of normal registration, in which you must present valid documents for identification and proof of address. The only difference is that the resident who does not have proof of identity, as well as the address, can still register with the help of a presenter.
The Aadhaar card is one of the most important documents, since you need it to apply for the PAN card, file a tax return (ITR) or receive any government subsidy.

Steps to apply for the Aadhaar card without documents

-Visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Center in your area.
-Fill the certificate for the Aadhaar registration / update form.
-At the end of the form, there is a section that only the certifier or the presenter must complete.
-The certifier must write his name, designation, address and contact number.
-Send the form to the Aadhaar executive.
-Provide your fingerprints, iris scanning and photography.
-A confirmation receipt containing the registration number is generated.
-Your Aadhaar will be sent by mail within 90 days after registration.

Aadhaar introductors

An Aadhaar introducer or certifier is an individual identified and notified by the registrar or the UIDAI regional office. The main task of the presenters is to present a person to UIDAI at the time of registration in Aadhaar that does not have proof of identity and proof of address. A certifier may be a Gazetted Officer-Group A, Gazetted Officer-Group B, Village Panchayat Head or Mukhiya, MP / MLA / MLC / Municipal Council, Tehsildar, Head of Recognized Educational Institution or Superintendent / Warden / Matron / Head of Institution of recognized foster homes / orphanages.
